A Good Church, Who Can Find One?

I know scores of Jesus followers who love what he taught, what he did and how he freely gave his life on behalf of humanity. But the practice of their daily lives, unlike Jesus, is one of a solitary walk. Why do so many people who are believers of Jesus Christ fail to join themselves with other followers of Jesus. They often choose instead to have a private faith; one that is known to themselves and God alone. This is not what Jesus wanted for his followers nor is it how the Apostles and First Century followers of Christ lived. So, why today do so many choose to live “private” Christian lives?

In this teaching we will explore this question from the Bible. We will see what constitutes a church. Whose idea was it for people to assemble in a church? How should a church operate? What benefits come from church gatherings?
