JESUS CHRIST. Why? Because the opposite of life is death, and Jesus is the only man who ever conquered death. There is historical proof of the resurrection of Christ that will stand up in any honest court of law.
Man’s chief problem is death, which was brought on by the sin of Adam. Simply put, the Bible is the story of Two Men, Two Adams. The First Adam disobeyed God and brought devastation to the human race. The Last Adam, Jesus Christ, obeyed God and became the prototype of a new race of people who will live forever in a perfect Paradise.
Every descendant of Adam is born dead in sin. The only cure to death is life. The only way to life is birth. That’s why God says that a person must be “born again,” and this New Birth is one generated by “incorruptible seed” (1 Pet. 1:23). If at first you don’t succeed, get born again.
Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man comes unto the Father except by me” (John 14:6). All “religions” and belief systems are based upon dead people, or upon the man-made ideas of people who will die, and who can now do nothing for you. On the contrary, the living Lord Jesus Christ promises to save you from sin and death, be your best friend in this crazy world, and one day rescue you to everlasting life.
