The Greatest Gift Ever Given

As the Board of Trustees of The Living Truth Fellowship, we want to share a heartfelt message this Christmas season. As the world celebrates the season of giving, it’s fitting that we reflect on the most extraordinary act of love ever shown—the giving of God’s only begotten Son. The true message of Christmas is not wrapped in sentimentality, but in sacrifice. God so loved the world that He gave (John 3:16). Love, by its very nature, gives. And God gave the greatest gift He could ever give—His Son.

For those who understand that Jesus is not “God in the flesh,” but the Son of God who freely obeyed his Father, the depth of both their love becomes breathtaking. If Jesus were God Himself, his accomplishments would hardly be remarkable, for nothing is difficult for God. But Jesus, a man like us, chose obedience even unto death. And God, in turn, raised him to everlasting life and exalted him above all creation. The plan of redemption was not divine theater—it was divine love in action.

Think of the heart of the Father, watching His Son endure the agony of the cross. Think of the Son, willingly laying down his life out of love for his Father and for us. “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” (John 15:13). God gave, and Jesus gave—and both continue to give through us, as we walk in that same love.

As Paul wrote, “For Christ’s love compels us… that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again” (2 Corinthians 5:14–15). That same love compels us to think of others, to give of ourselves, and to share the Treasure of Truth—the Word of God—with those who hunger for it. The best gift we can offer anyone is the knowledge of God’s Word, the message of salvation, and the hope of everlasting life.

But love also gives in practical ways. We give our time, our energy, our encouragement, our prayers, and yes, our material resources. Giving is not loss—it’s worship. King David understood this when he said, “Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand” (1 Chronicles 29:14). Every resource we have belongs first to God, and when we give, we acknowledge His ownership and trust His ability to multiply it back abundantly.

Our culture often celebrates self-sufficiency—the myth of the “self-made man.” Yet Scripture reminds us otherwise: “What do you have that you did not receive?” (1 Corinthians 4:7). Every blessing we possess flows from the generosity of our Father, who “is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8).

As this year draws to a close, we give thanks for all that God has accomplished through this ministry and for those of you who faithfully stand with us. Your partnership allows us to continue producing teachings, seminars, and resources that make known the one true God and His Son, Jesus Christ. From our social media outreach to our video productions and upcoming projects, your prayers and support keep this ministry thriving.

We are deeply grateful to every member of our TLTF family—those who serve, those who volunteer, and those who give. Whether your contribution is financial or prayerful, it is precious to God and vital to the work of the ministry. As Paul wrote to the Philippians, “Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account” (Philippians 4:17). Giving not only sustains the work—it enriches the giver’s spiritual account before God.

And so, whatever amount you give, we trust God’s direction in your heart. Some are blessed with the means to give a larger gift; others may be led to stretch their faith beyond what feels comfortable. However God leads you, we thank you for responding to His prompting and partnering with us in this work of truth.

It is our desire to begin 2026 not with financial pressure, but with focus and momentum—ready to move forward in strength. Your year-end gift could be the instrument God uses to move this ministry forward and reveal His faithfulness long into the future.

As we enter a new year, we invite you to give in response to the blessing you’ve received. If our teachings have strengthened your faith, or if you believe in what God is doing through this ministry, consider sharing a year-end gift and, if possible, regular support in the months ahead. No gift is too small; God multiplies each seed sown in love.

In recent months, our operational costs have increased—everything from production and online hosting to outreach resources and technology upgrades. Yet through it all, we’ve seen God’s faithful provision and your generosity at work. If you’re already a supporter, we ask you to prayerfully consider increasing your giving as you’re able, so that we can continue reaching others with the truth of His Word without compromise. Every extra dollar helps us keep expanding our outreach, producing new teachings, and maintaining the quality and accessibility that make this ministry unique.

Let’s give as David and his people did—willingly, joyfully, and with thankful hearts—recognizing that all we have comes from His hand. Let’s prove Him faithful once again, trusting Him to “make the water firm beneath our feet.” Together, we can continue to proclaim His truth and extend His love to a world in need.

We thank God for your faithfulness and pray that this season renews your joy in the Lord Jesus Christ, the true gift of life. May this Christmas fill your heart with gratitude for the Father’s perfect gift—His Son—and may your life overflow with His joy, generosity, and peace.

God bless you SUPER-abundantly!

With love and gratitude,
