God made salvation available as soon as man sinned and salvation has been available in each administration. But never was it, or will it again be like it is now, when anyone who makes Jesus Christ his Lord is “born again of incorruptible seed.”
By far the biggest thing that changed on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2 was SALVATION, and the signs on the path to salvation are written in BLOOD, the precious blood of The Lamb.
